The range of <\/span>self-centering pneumatic vices<\/strong><\/span> is <\/span>being expanded. The new CP 80 <\/span><\/strong>offers all the advantages of its big brother in a more compact <\/span><\/strong><\/span>version. Always powerful and precise<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, it achieves a <\/span>clamping force of 1000 Kg at 6 bar<\/span><\/strong>. Accessibility <\/span>has been optimised and the space requirement reduced to increase efficiency.<\/p>\n

Optimal for 5 axes, the CP 80 <\/span><\/strong>reveals its modular <\/span>character<\/span><\/strong> with a <\/span>self-centering pneumatic clamping inwards and outwards<\/span><\/strong> offering the <\/span>possibility of an <\/span>off-center positioning<\/span><\/strong>. Its <\/span>large clamping range, excellent repeatability<\/span><\/strong> and <\/span>intelligent design <\/span><\/strong><\/span>make it a reliable tool from roughing to finishing.<\/p>\n

A small vice for high precision<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The <\/span>CM 30 self-centering mechanical vice<\/span><\/strong>, the latest <\/span>addition to the CM range, has been specially designed <\/span>for clamping small parts that require high precision<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

With a small space requirement <\/span><\/strong>of 100mm diameter and the <\/span>standard adaptation to different zero point systems<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, it finds its place in every workshop. The different <\/span>additional jaws<\/span><\/strong> make the <\/span>CM 30<\/span><\/strong> a <\/span>flexible tool<\/span><\/strong>, <\/span>whether on machining centers or on 3D measuring machines.<\/p>\n
